Mr. Koda has been working with Capital Legal Group since its inception in 2006.  Mr. Koda has been practicing patent law since 1986 and has worked at such firms as Townsend & Townsend and Morgan & Finnegan.  Prior to beginning his legal career Mr. Koda worked as an engineer at Boeing Aerospace Company.

Mr. Koda has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electronics, computer, software and mechanical arts, image processing, and wireless technologies. 

Mr. Koda received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State in 1980 and his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law.  In addition, Mr. Koda has an MBA from the University of Washington.

Mr. Koda is a member of the Bar Association of New York State and Washington State. In addition, Mr. Koda is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
