Mr. Rinehart's practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution in the software and electrical arts. Mr. Rinehart gained significant experience representing clients such as IBM in the software arts in both prosecution and litigation.
Mr. Rinehart received a Computer Science degree from Brigham Young University and a law degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Rinehart also successfully started and sold an internet based business. Mr. Rinehart is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and also admitted to practice in the state of Utah where he performs all his work for Capital Legal Group. |
